This is an invitation to join the next cohort for the New Work by Design Transformation course starting January 14th, 2025. The course is a 12-week journey with weekly group calls. There are 10 spots available per cohort. (Alternatively, you can start self-paced any time.)
The course is a run-through of the 9 New Work key practices to familiarize yourself with the transformation journey. Each week, you will get low-hanging-fruit homework to role model the change.
Having completed the course will enable you to put New Work into practice based on the 9 key practices I distilled from a decade of full-time working in-depth with 3 companies.

Over the past decade, I've worked with three companies full-time, transforming them into New Work role models. Through these experiences, I've distilled the nine necessary key practices for a sustainable New Work implementation.
My bigger goal is to create more fulfilling workplaces. I want us, as a society, to see and experience work differently. Not just as a job that pays the bills, but as a calling that energizes us and gives us meaning.
With this program I hope to enable allies (you!) and help many more companies than I personally ever could.

12 self-paced sections with text, visuals, videos, practical assignments in an online learning platform + 12 live online Q&A group video call sessions.
The content is divided in 12 sections with a total of 101 actionable lessons. The lessons contain a total of 109 eye-opening visualizations, 42 concise videos (2-5 min each), and 15 ready-to-use templates.
12 weeks with about 4 hours per week: 2 hours to work through this week's section, 1 hour for the assignment to role model the change in this week's section, 1 hour for the Q&A group session.
It is almost certain that within a 12-week period, you will miss a live session due to an urgent situation. That's OK. The live sessions are great opportunities to discuss your concrete challenges in your unique context, but you have other options to do so. All live sessions will be recorded and will be available the day after for you to watch whenever that suits your schedule.
The live sessions are designed to dig deeper into your specific context and unique challenges. We will collect topics and questions in the beginning and distribute our time as fairly as possible. You will receive input from me and the rest of the group. I will comment on any unaddressed topics in a short video that I will record right after the session.
Yes. The learning platform contains a dedicated chat for the cohort as well as a separate chat with all previous course participants. Participants are explicitly invited to share any current challenges to get input from me and other participants.
Yes, participants receive a certificate of completion from New Work by Design.
Yes. You will have lifetime access to the content, including recordings of the live sessions. You may not share the content, though.
You will keep your access to the learning platform including the chats where you can reach out for input on current challenges.
You don't need any specific prior knowledge or experience. Though you should have a keen interest in what makes people tick and why they interact the way they do.
There is no required reading. But if you can't wait to get started, here is a list of books that shaped my perspective and that I highly recommend.
They are not. If you share your outcomes and experiences, you will receive advice and appreciation, though.
Yes. The concepts are independent of industry. They will have to be adapted to different company sizes, but that is part of creating an implementation plan. The group calls are a great place to get input on that.
You can bring those challenges to the group calls to get input. However, we won't be able to go into any depth of analyzing the situation and deriving concrete next steps. But, if you like you can book individual 1:1 sessions with me.
