Day 1: Explore Your Options

Goal: Build a shared understanding of the key leverage points for change—across individuals, teams, and the whole organization.


You’ll experience and compare three powerful paradigms of organizational development: Agility, Lean, and New Work.


Each part combines immersive simulation, reflective debrief, clear conceptual framing, and contextual discussion.


We’ll visualize key principles and practices on the wall as we go—building a shared toolkit to draw from on Day 2.

Day 2: Analyze and Plan

Goal: Align on where you are, where you want to go, and how to start moving.


You'll reflect individually and work collaboratively to map your current reality, define your desired future, and chart the steps to bridge the gap. Every insight from Day 1 becomes a lens to make sense of your own organization.
