  1. Psychological Safety: Learn how your ability to handle conflict well is a precondition for psychological safety.
  2. Nervous System States: Understand how physiological responses to stress shape conflict behavior and how to regulate yourself (and others).
  3. Triggers: Learn about triggers and how to notice them, so you can interrupt the cycle before it spirals.
  4. Conflict Paradigms: Understand the difference between a punitive and restorative mindset and their (dis)advantages.
  5. Escalation and Mediation: Know what to do when you are stuck.
  6. Non-violent Communication (NVC): Learn how to communicate your needs without judgment, demand, or defensiveness.
  7. Effective Apologies: Learn how to make apologies that truly repair trust.
