While my Transformation Course enables change agents to drive and own a company transformation, the Citizenship Course is for the colleagues you need to bring along on this journey.
If you want true participation, you need to equip your people with the knowledge and confidence to contribute. That’s exactly what this course does.
The Citizenship Course enables employees to be active, engaged members of the culture you are building.
It delivers all the necessary knowledge and reasoning behind the 9 New Work key practices, as well as giving them assignments to put them into practice right away.
Whether you’ve already introduced the key practices or are just starting, this course ensures that employees practice the associated behavior changes on real company topics. This is not a drill! This course is part of the transformation itself.
Over the past decade, I've worked with three companies full-time, transforming them into New Work role models. Through these experiences, I've distilled the nine necessary key practices for a sustainable New Work implementation.
My bigger goal is to create more fulfilling workplaces. I want us, as a society, to see and experience work differently. Not just as a job that pays the bills, but as a calling that energizes us and gives us meaning.
With this program I hope to enable allies (you!) and help many more companies than I personally ever could.
Each employee invests 10h - 1 hour per week for 10 weeks - in this course.

10 self-paced sections, one released per week for 10 weeks, with text, visuals, videos, practical assignments, and reflections in an online learning platform.
The content is divided in 10 sections with a total of x actionable lessons. The lessons contain a total of x eye-opening visualizations, x concise videos (2-5 min each), and x ready-to-use templates.
10 weeks with about 1 hour per week: 2 hours to work through this week's section, ~30 minutes to understand a key practice and why it makes sense. ~30 minutes for the assignment to practice this week's section.
Yes, participants receive a certificate of completion from New Work by Design.
Yes. You will have lifetime access to the content, including recordings of the live sessions. You may not share the content, though.
You don't need any specific prior knowledge or experience.
